I've been wanting to write and express my thanks to your staff for their help and patience.
It all began in 2007, when my wife and I were looking at the Honda and Toyota minivans. We eventually decided on the Sienna, and visited your dealership on Great Mills Road. After visiting your dealership and comparing how we were treated with another dealership, we found your salesman to be willing to work with us and patient, rather than aloof and rigid like the other dealership. (Mr. Quade I believe was the salesman then.) That was the beginning of a good relationship.
So, when I wanted my car (the Sienna is my wife's, but I bring it in for service all the time), I decided it would be a Toyota, and I decided I wasn't even going to go elsewhere to compare. I was very happy with the process, in which I test drove the the Sienna, Highlander and Prius V. I ended up purchasing the Prius V, and I am enjoying the room and gas mileage! The salesman was Ernest Baud, and I am very grateful for his patience (testing 3 vehicles!) and answering my questions without any hesitation or impatience. I know I was there a couple of times when he waqs very busy with other customers, but he divided his time, even interrupting his lunch, to make sure I was taken care of. (And one time he wasn't there so another salesperson helped me? again with no sign of displeasure.) I don't know why other dealers can't be this accomodating, but all I can say is, I hope you never change!
Due to the conduct of your sales (and service) personnel (and the reputation of your product), we are now a 2 Toyota family. (The third vehicle is a Harley? sorry.)
When it comes time for a replacement vehicle, I'll be back. Thank you all for remaining service and customer oriented. It is highly appreciated, and that's the way you gain long term customers.
